Solve problems with dropouts
Performing a software update or reset are possible solutions.
- Restart your smartphone
- Download the most recent software
- Reset the smartphone to factory settings
Tip 1: restart your phone
It might help to perform a soft reset on the device. This is the same as a restart.
- Press the standby button and volume up button at the same time.
- Release when the device turns off. This happens after about 12 seconds.
- Turn the device back on by pressing the standby button.
Tip 2: download the latest software

Go to settings.

Choose update software.

Download the software.

Click update.
Sometimes, a function doesn't work because your phone doesn't have the latest software. Make sure your device is at least 60% charged.
- Check if your smartphone is connected to WiFi.
- Go to Settings, scroll down, and tap 'Update software'.
- Is there an update? Tap 'Download now'. Wait until it's done.
- Then choose' Update now'.
Tip 3: reset to factory settings
A hard reset is a drastic action. Only do this when the above tips don't help. Make sure you have a backup of your apps, files, and photos, so you won't lose them.
Go to settings and choose 'Additional settings'. Tap 'Backup and reset' and then 'Erase all data (factory reset)'. Choose 'Erase all data'.
