There are different solutions to internet problems with your Samsung smartphone. Go through the tips below from top to bottom.

Sometimes, the internet will work after you perform a soft reset on your Samsung smartphone. This is the same as restarting it. Follow the steps below to do this:

1: press and hold the standby button and volume-down button at the same time. 2: release them once the device turns off. 3: turn the device back on by pressing and holding the standby button.

Tip 2: update your smartphone

Sometimes the internet doesn't work because your smartphone doesn't have the latest software. Usually, you'll see a large notification in the settings menu when there's an available update. Don't see this notification? Go through the steps below and check if there's an update available.

1: make sure your device has at least 60% battery left. If not, plug in the charger. 2: go to Settings. You go there by tapping the gearwheel icon. 3: scroll down and choose Software update. 4. choose Download and install. Your phone will now start looking for potential new updates. 5: is there a new update available? Tap Install now.

Do you have a problem with your WiFi? It's possible that the problem is caused by your WiFi router. In that case, it helps to reset your router. You do this as follows:

1: remove the internet cable from your router. 2: wait for at least 1 minute. 3: connected the internet cable to your router again. 4: the router will restart. This can take several minutes. After, you can try to connect your smartphone to WiFi.

It's possible that your device still functions properly, but your SIM card doesn't. Go through the following steps to make sure your SIM card isn't causing this problem.

1: remove your own SIM card from the device. 2: put another SIM card in the device. For example, you can ask if you can borrow someone else's SIM card. 3: enter the PIN code for this SIM card. 4: try to make a call. Note: you borrowed someone's SIM card, so you can't call that person. 5: turn off WiFi and test if you have internet. For example, by sending someone a WhatsApp message. 6: can you make calls and send messages? That means your device still works, but your SIM card is broken. Request a new SIM card from your provider.
