Step 1: place the water filter
- Remove the water filter from the packaging.
- Set the current date.
- Remove the water tank from the machine.
- Empty the water tank.
- Remove the used water filter from the water tank.
- Place the attachment on the new water filter.
- Screw the new water filter into the water tank.
- Click the attachment off the water filter.
- Fill the water tank with water and place it back in the machine.
Step 2: install the water filter
- Press the gear button.
- Select the icon with the circle and arrow by pressing the right arrow button.
- The icons will start blinking.
- Press the 'start/stop' button.
- Place a 600ml container under the steam wand.
- The machine will start rinsing.
- When the machine displays the menu, rinsing is complete.
- Remove and empty the container.
- The water filter is installed.
