Step 1: unbox the coffee machine and assemble it
This video shows you how to unbox the machine and what's in the box. In addition to the piston machine, you'll find the following items in the box:
- Portafilter with 2 coffee filters
- Milk pitcher
- Descaler
- Cleaning brush
- Cleaning disc
- Water hardness test strip
- Softballs
Step 2: set up the coffee machine
This video shows you how to set up the coffee machine. We recommend using the quick start guide so you can get started with your machine fast. The video takes you through the following steps:
- Remove the protective film from the coffee machine.
- Install the bean hopper in the machine correctly.
- Measure the water hardness and put the softballs in the water tank.
- Turn on the coffee machine and rinse it with fresh water.
- Rinse the steam wand a couple of times.
- The Prestigio is now ready for use.
