How do you clean the brew group?
You clean the brew group once per week. You can use fresh tap water, a kitchen towel, and a cleaning cloth for this. Don't use cleaner, because it's not good for the performance of your brew group. Also clean the part where you detach the brew group, because there might be rests here.
Step 1: take the brew group out of the machine
- Turn off the machine with the button on the side.
- Wait until the coffee machine no longer produces noise.
- Unplug the connector.
- Remove the cover from the machine to take out the brew group.
- Press and hold the red button of the brew group, turn the handle clockwise, and pull the brew group out of the machine.
Step 2: clean the brew group
- Rinse the brew group under the faucet.
- Dry the brew group outside of the machine until it's completely dry.
- Remove the coffee rests from the machine with a cleaning cloth.
- Place the dry brew group back into the machine and turn back the handle. Press the red button for this.
- Place the cover back and press it firmly.
