How do you choose the right energy label for your washing machine and dryer set?
Choose energy label
Ask yourself the following when you choose an energy label for your washing machine and dryer:

- Do you want to dry quickly?
Do you want to wash energy-efficiently?
How energy-efficient you do your laundry depends on the energy label of the washing machine. As of 1 March 2021, all washing machines have a new energy label. These labels go from A to G, where A is the best energy label. But there are even more energy-efficient washing machines. A washing machine with an A-20% energy label can save up to € 270 over 10 years. In the table below, you can see how much you can save per energy label. We consider a washing machine energy-efficient when it has an A energy label or higher.
