Step 1: turn the earbuds off and on again
A simple solution that sometimes works wonders is turning the earbuds off and on again. Put the earbuds in the charging case to turn them off. They automatically turn on once you take them out of the charging case again.
Step 2: check for signals around you
Other devices could affect the Bluetooth signal between the earbuds and your device. When you listen to music, try to turn off as many wireless signals as possible. And make sure you don't use the earbuds too close to fridges, microwaves, or other appliances. The radio waves of these products may affect the Bluetooth signal.
Step 3: check if there's an update available
If you haven't downloaded the latest software, it could result in connection problems. Download the Sony Headphones app and scroll down. Here, you have the option to download updates automatically. You'll receive updates automatically if you tick this box. Was this option enabled already? The earbuds will have the latest software.
