Just like the Garmin Venu 2, the Venu 2 Plus has a HIIT sports profile. High Intensity Interval Training, also called HIIT, is one of the most popular workouts. With the sports profile, you can keep track of your AMRAP training, for example. During this workout, you do as many repetitions of an exercise as you can. You view all your training data in the Garmin Connect app on your smartphone. That's also where you can download new sports profiles. On the Garmin Venu, you can find many different sports profiles. It's easier to do your workouts thanks to the animated workouts on your watch. The watch does measure your fitness age, just like the Venu 2 and Venu 2 Plus. This shows if your health is above average for your age or if you need to work out a little more often.
