If you want the fabric of your laundry to stay beautiful for as long as possible, choose an AEG 9000 series AbsoluteCare washing machine. This washing machine softens the water with salt, so your clothes remain soft and your laundry retains its color. The 8000 series PowerCare doesn't have a separate technology for this. Compare AEG 8000 to 7000
If you want extra clean laundry, choose a washing machine from the 8000 series PowerCare or higher. It evenly distributes the laundry detergent over your laundry and reaches all fibers. Compare AEG 7000 to 6000
If you don't like ironing, choose the 7000 series ProSteam or higher. This washing machine reduces wrinkles with steam. It also freshens up musty clothes in 25 minutes without washing them. The 6000 series ProSense doesn't have this function and it saves less energy. We call this a starter model. This washing machine does have a ProSense load sensor that adjusts the consumption, just like all the other models.
