Description
With the Tefal Renew+ Ceramic wok 28cm, you can stir-fry vegetables and steak strips in a more environmentally-friendly way, thanks to the 100% recycled aluminum. The pan contains a 5-piece strong ceramic non-stick coating. As a result, stir-fried vegetables retain their crunchy bite and your meat stays nice and tender. Thanks to the deep and round shape, it's easy to flip ingredients. That's useful, because you keep all ingredients in the pan. Do you have a large oven? Put the pan in the oven up to 250°C. This way, you can keep the dish warm if you eat later. You know exactly when the pan reaches the right temperature, thanks to the Tefal Thermo Signal dot. This dot turns solid red when it's hot enough. Done eating? Clean the pan by hand.

The Renew+ wok pan 28cm is an incredibly beautiful, fine and light product. During the first few times of cooking I was surprised how well the non-stick coating works. The pan is much lighter compared to previous pans. Although the color is not important, we find the color (combinations) very beautiful. Unfortunately, the wok pan is not very high, but nevertheless very satisfied with this pan. Definitely recommended.

Before using it for the first time, I consulted the internet. How to clean before using. Once clean, the pan heats up quickly, keep an eye on the red dot in the middle. A lot of vegetables and also meat/chicken have already been stir-fried in it. I find it a bit on the low / slanted side for a wok. You shouldn't shake the pan too enthusiastically ;). This requires some attention. Also very satisfied with the ease of use. In terms of weight, it's fine! Remember: after 10 minutes plus minus the handle is very hot!
