TLDR;
Super headset that has many (for me) indispensable functions such as adjusting the volume between game/voice, mute the microphone and a charging station.
Fits super nice on your head and can wear it all day without really feeling it.
Feels a bit warm in the summer days (because of the dust), but certainly not pleasant for me.
The negative points are rather very small and are certainly not disturbing to me.
Small context I got the new version after the previous version unfortunately broke, but thanks to a top service from CoolBlue I was able to get the new version.
During this "loss" I really noticed that controlling the volume between game & voice is really great.
This way you never have to fiddle with your game settings to hear your friends or opponents while playing.
The microphone is super easy to mute by simply raising the microphone.
Ideal because you have everything at hand and you don't have to reach for the base station to mute.
With the new version, the microphone is made of slightly less stiff material, which makes it feel a bit more flexible.
This feels a bit weird and "cheap" that's why it's listed as a negative.
What I also love about this headset is that it has a base station, which means that when you're done with it, you can easily put it in and charge it.
Compared to the previous version they have really improved a lot with being able to place it in the base station.
He clicks in 9/10 times perfectly sometimes (therefore as a negative point) you still have to give him a hand.
Only downside is that the range is not very far in my experience.
I myself live in an apartment, so it may be limited by outside interference.
Also keep in mind that the cable that you get is on the very short side, so a Micro-USB cable that is a bit longer can be useful if you want to place it within reach.
Which is handy if you are going to charge it often.
Sometimes when you want to set it up, there is no synchronization/sound, then it is enough to put it back in the base station until it starts charging and you can continue.
The headset also has a battery-saving feature that goes into "sleep" mode when you put it down.
This helps to conserve battery.
Speaking of which, he can last a whole day (read: 8 hours of work + 6/8 hours of gaming).
The buttons for adjusting the volume between Game/Voice are on the headset itself.
Super convenient to use, but compared to the previous version, the buttons are "flat" where they used to have a rise.
This was something easy to feel if you were sitting correctly, but this too is a small thing.
