GoPro HERO Session

As a bit of sports fanatic you will soon come into contact with an action camera. A camera that lets you film the cool things you do to show your friends or the world wide web. I myself am an avid snowboarder, mountain biker and swimmer and I also wanted to get acquainted with the world of action cams. Gopro is the company that is the forerunner in the world of small cameras. I started my search and immediately came across the expensive Hero 4 black edition. But the price of this camera was well above my budget as a student and it also had many options that I would never use. Fortunately, there's the Gopro hero 4 session, a camera that differs from standard gopros in that it has a square design, and is smaller than the other gopros, but still shoots in 1080p. Ideal if you want to film yourself while exercising, but want to be bothered as little as possible by a camera. The camera is also considerably less expensive than the other cameras. This makes the price-quality ratio super! The square design is also easy because you can rotate the camera in its housing, and therefore also hang the camera on the side of your head, with the same mounts. When the Gopro hero 4 session was delivered and I wanted to make the first recordings, I noticed that it took some getting used to. The camera has a tiny LED screen on which you can operate the camera by means of two buttons. Fortunately, there is the option to control the camera via an app on your phone. Through this app you can see what you are filming, in what resolution and with how many fps. You can also look back later on what you filmed. Well organized, but of course you don't always want to have a phone with you when you are exercising. Then you just have to adjust the settings at home via your phone and then don't change anything. Like most gopros, this gopro also has trouble filming in low-light situations. But that does not alter the fact that you can polish things up pretty well with some editing. In short, the gopro hero 4 session is a must have for every athlete!!

If it can be even smaller, do it guys! But this gopro can be mounted anywhere and is extremely easy to operate. 1 button to start and stop, and another small one to get into the menu structure. It can hardly be simpler. I wanted a camera that I could use everywhere and in my search I kept coming back to this gopro. Clip on the bike, one in the car and another on the helmet. Just release that ingenious shortcut and the gopro block clicks out of its housing to its next destination. The biggest disadvantage of the mini camera is of course the mini battery. If you forget to turn it off, the thing will continue to film until the battery is empty and you will be in a slump the next time you want to film :-) I had ordered this together with an SD card and after some trouble (and sending the gopro back for repair) and testing it turned out to be the SD card that completely confused the gopro. Blocking, not wanting to film, if tem then filming will stop automatically, in short all the reutemeteut that you as a buyer do not want to experience but solved by Coolblue in no time! ( got new SD ) Great service from Coolblue so I will continue to shop here in the future.

The GoPro Hero4 Session is a very nice device. Easy to use after you have figured out how everything works. In addition, this GoPro also has a WiFi hotspot so that you can easily operate the GoPro with your phone, and even have a live preview of what you are filming. Image quality is also razor sharp, and automatically focuses properly as you would expect from such a camera. It is a pity that not all settings can be made via the GoPro (such as the volume of the beeps) and that the menu is a bit difficult with only 2 buttons, but it works, and usually you don't even have to enter the menu.
