With the Eve Play audio streamer, you can provide speakers, amplifiers, and soundbars in your home with Apple AirPlay and HomeKit. Fantastic device

Eve Play. Fantastic device, beautiful aluminum exterior. Just install the app and scan the QR code and that thing is online. The Airplay mode in particular appeals to me, because Bluetooth is usually far below CD quality. With Airplay you don't have that, so you get the maximum audio performance that is currently possible. I have connected the Eve Play to a wired network, as well as various audio connection options, such as Coax, Optical, RCA. I connected this via optical connection. The Eve Play automatically “turns off” (I think in sleep mode), and immediately turns on when I choose this device via Airplay. In short, everything works just fine and is easy to install.

For Apple customers: not sure if this is the right solution (did not receive the device installed, although a very high-performance WiFi network). Everything installs very quickly on our network, this device does not (even after 5 attempts). Device returned. Conclusion: there are better solutions in the market for Apple customers (and which install very quickly, truly plug & play).
