I have had the vacuum cleaner for 2 days now and am already completely convinced. I previously had the roborock s7 maxv ultra and was afraid it wouldn't be much better. The vacuum cleaner makes much less noise and still sucks up everything. The rotating mop pads ensure proper mopping. Sticking out the mop pads is absolutely ideal. Now the edges along the skirting boards are also clean. You can adjust the direction of the l20 so that it moves with the direction of the tiles or laminate. This is very useful on our uneven slate floor because the roborock sometimes got stuck there. The mop pads are dried after the session to prevent odors and mold. You can choose a duration of 2, 3 or 4 hours. I don't really see any added value in this, because I didn't miss this with the Roborock. And drying for that long seems like overkill to me. With the white variant you see a lot of dirt when the vacuum cleaner is out of the base station. The advantage is that you see it and therefore clean it faster, the disadvantage is that you see it :). Everything can be adjusted in the app: avoiding obstacles, amount of water, suction power, how often cleaning, connecting to Google or Alexa, how often to empty, continuing the session when the battery is full again, automatically running at certain times, etc. The base station is enormous. You really have to make room for this or be able to hide it well. All in all I am very satisfied. With 2 dogs and 3 children, really ideal and certainly better than the roborock s7 maxv ultra.

It saves me so much time, so I can spend more time with my child, the house is always clean, check the water in the soap every now and then, run the brush through the sink at the bottom, you get notifications and schedules to see what he has already done, I think it adds value to my home.

We once started with a slightly cheaper robot vacuum cleaner, which did its job well. Unfortunately, more and more malfunctions occurred and we were forced to look for a new one. We also looked at some robot vacuum cleaners in this segment. Many reviews later it became this one. The only thing that put us off was the price... After purchasing, we received the package quickly and unpacked everything. The unit is large, mainly due to the space for the (dirty) water tanks and the dust bag. Set up and installation was quite easy. Within fifteen minutes we moved on to the first test round, where the robot maps everything. The test round was with about 30% battery and it went empty quite quickly. The device had to charge twice to complete the test round, first vacuuming and mopping. Doubts set in, was the battery enough to do the house work? Certainly! After charging once to 100%, it did not drop below 60% with vacuuming and mopping. We live with 2 dogs that lose a lot of hair. A fun challenge for every robot vacuum cleaner. The Dream handles it well! The hairs are even removed from the carpet. The automatic extraction system at the end of the cleaning is on the loud side. There are about 5 seconds in which talking becomes a bit more difficult, but that is the price for the ease that comes from it. Mopping is done with two rotating pads. You can set how often it should be changed via the app. We have this in every room (you can define the rooms yourself in the app) for optimal results. In the app you can set where a carpet, etc. is located, so that it is neatly skipped while mopping. After mopping, the device cleans and dries the pads. This produces a slight buzzing sound. So you don't have to do anything about this either. It is advisable to empty the dirty water tank after every mopping, but there is sufficient capacity to fill it several times without emptying it. In short, it is a pricey device, but the quality that the device delivers is more than worth it.
