Description

Turn your internal 2.5-inch HDD or SSD into an external HDD or SSD with the ACT AC1220 2.5-inch SATA Hard Drive Enclosure. This enclosure is screw-less, so you don't need any extra tools. Click your 2.5-inch HDD or SSD into the enclosure, plug in the SATA cable, and take your drive everywhere with you. The AC1225 has a USB C 3.2 Gen 2 connector, so you can transfer data in a few seconds. In addition, you can use the cable on tablets and smartphones with a USB-C port. You can also use this USB cable for the power supply. That way, you don't need an extra connector or socket to use your HDD or SSD.

Good housing

  • You slide your hard drive right in
  • Both a USB-A and USB-C cable are included
  • High speed

I can now connect my hard disk to various devices using the two cables supplied. Also, the read and write speed is very acceptable.

I still have doubts about the reliability of this product. I have 2 and 1 had to be exchanged fairly quickly (under warranty).

Nice but disappointed by the enclosure size!

  • USB A & C supported, cables provided
  • Box size!

The enclosure size is really thin and some 2.5" drives won't fit in it. It's impossible to close the enclosure!!!
