Description

Let movies and series come to life with the Sony HT-A3000. This 3.1 channel soundbar has Dolby Atmos. This technology sends sound to the ceiling, which then bounces back to your listening position. This way, sound comes from all around you, and it'll feel like you're right in the middle of your favorite action movie. Do you have a speaker with a built-in voice assistant from Google or Alexa Amazon? Connect it to the HT-A3000 and control the soundbar with your voice. You can easily and wirelessly connect your smartphone to the soundbar via Bluetooth. So you can also listen to music and podcasts.

Expand the soundbar with rear speakers to enjoy 360 Spatial Sound Mapping. With this, you can adjust the audio to the space, and you're right in the middle of the sound.

Without a subwoofer it is a bit disappointing

Nice solid product from Sony. Easy to connect. Comes out with good sound. But not significantly better than my old soundbar with separate subwoofer. I really miss such a subwoofer with the Sony A3000. You can add those, as well as separate rear speakers. But all together it is very pricey.

Beautiful sound with only one soundbar

  • ACR HDMI does not work for me

I recently moved and my 10 year old home cinema set no longer delivered the quality I used to. Everything sounded very hollow and if someone was talking without subtitles I sometimes couldn't even understand it for that reason. What a relief the A3000 is! I now only have one soundbar (so takes up less space than my previous one) and the sound really is 100 times better. Nice bass and crystal clear sound. I'll continue testing. Before I connected the system, I considered purchasing two more separate speakers for behind the couch, but now I'm starting to have doubts because that one soundbar already produces a nice sound. The supplied ACR HDMI cable did not work for me, so I connected the sound via another cable.

The TV sounds fuller again

  • Good addition to TV

This soundbar is a welcome addition to the TV. Sound is nice and full and clear. Connecting is easy and the soundbar switches on and off automatically with the TV. Spotify and Chromecast also work well, although I won't be using this soundbar for music anytime soon. If you just want that better TV experience, the HT-A3000 is a good choice.
