Good sound and nice design. Confusing to set up

Bought for my grandmother. She is very happy with the radio because of the nice sound, but for example setting an alarm herself is really too unclear because of the confusing layout of the buttons. The manual almost makes it even more confusing. So not very intuitive to use. She now only uses it as a radio and she is very happy with it. DAB+ has almost every station she was looking for.
