Description
With the TP-Link TL-WA1201 access point, you can create a WiFi network in a location that doesn't have one yet. This access point provides a strong WiFi signal on 1 floor of your house. Place the WiFi point on a closet or on your desk and connect it to your router via a network cable. That way, you'll have stable WiFi everywhere. The access point supports MU-MIMO, so you can connect multiple devices at the same time without slowing down the connection. Are you expecting guests? Simply create a guest network. Your visitors can scan a QR code that gives them access to your WiFi network right away. Since the guest network is protected, your visitors don't have access to your personal devices or files. The access point has Power over Ethernet. That means you don't have to use a AC adapter to power the WiFi point if you have a suitable router or switch.

The POE allowed me to use existing UTP wiring because I can now continue with WiFi on the top floor instead of UTP. Only from from there a wire to the top of the attic. What a reach from there.
