Harman Kardon Citation MultiBeam 700 Gray

The bar is in one word "finished". Finally a really nice product. everything is right, size, design, sound, and the great thing is that this bar ensures that I can connect my Citation Towers to the TV and therefore already work center. I have done special research on this, other brands cannot be set as a center, so this bar does, this works super simple via the display, no difficult app needed to set this up, just swipe a few via the display on the bar and you are connected. I myself have created a group in google home for all the speakers in my living room, and for music I always stream to the living room group, so I have nice sound everywhere over all my Citation speakers. I am a serious fan of the Harman Kardon and Citation line and recommend this product to everyone.

Product works simple, was connected directly out of the box with 1 cable to the TV. could choose between a thin cable (name forgotten) or hdmi, both were included. opted for thinnest cable, immediately worked great. connecting to wifi was only pressing next in google app, then just watch a movie. sound is real as other people describe, very good. The nice thing is that my wife who normally really doesn't understand this kind of thing also comes out of here. remote control is simple and she also understands how to easily send music from spotify to the bar. you can also set buttons for the radio with your voice, very handy!

This soundbar is beautifully designed, but what matters is the sound. I/we think it's beautiful. The bass is also more than adequate. Too bad that spoken word is less unless of course if you set it to dialogue yourself. Would have liked the bar to sort this out themselves. Unpacking was a party, neatly packed and feels quality. After months of reading and comparing I made this purchase because I wanted a bar that I can operate completely via app. Because HK is operated by GoogleHome and does not have its own app, that was the reason for me to go for this bar. An earlier top brand that we had in use has caused frustration for more than 4 years due to a malfunctioning app. For us there are really no negatives EXCEPT that history repeats itself. Where I first assumed I was imagining it (wasn't familiar with GoogleHome and assistant), e4 now turns out to be a problem. Google assistant responds almost every day sometimes or more while we do NOT give a command (hey or ok google) to do so. Emailed HK many times about this and the recurring answer is: well this bar runs on 2 separate software 1 from HK and 1 from Google. We know about this problem but have no solution. You will have to wait for GOOGLE! I find this downright indigestible and for that reason disappointed and at the expense of the fun. It just frustrates me that HK is launching a new product and promoting GOOGLE HOME as its strong point. Now we have to wait when it pleases Google or HK (quote; our engineers are also working on it) will come up with a solution. The solution is now very short sighted... turn off the mic, well you do have a few red LEDs in your field of view in this beautifully designed model...
