With the KitchenAid 5KFC0516EER Empire Red, you can chop, puree, or mix ingredients finely and even whip them up quickly. You receive a whip alongside a blade that allows you to easily make sauces or even whip cream. The mixing bowl has a capacity of 1.2L and is larger than most KitchenAid food choppers. This way, you can prepare large quantities at once, such as tasty hummus for the whole week. The food chopper features 2 speeds and a pulse function that gives you control over how finely or coarsely you want the ingredients. When you're done with the food chopper, you can simply put the mixing bowl, blade, and whip in the dishwasher.

Mill owned since 2017, used almost daily. However, after 6 years, the mechanism that activates the mill has broken down. In itself a reasonable period, but it remains a shame, since I am now obliged to buy a new cup, or a new mill. It remains to be seen what the cost of this part is.
