That way, you can prepare soup as an appetizer, while you cook pasta and vegetables for the main course at the same time. The pans have a 3-layer bottom which provides good heat distribution. In addition, the pans have a specially shaped edge, so you can easily pout liquids. The handles are welded on, so dirt can't collect between them. You can use the pans on any heat source, including induction and the oven up to 280°C. Using the oven is useful if you want to let a dish cook, but you need space on the stove. When you're done, you can simply clean the pans in the dishwasher.
