Lost all my data

  • Broken after 1 month

Nothing indestructible! After a month of using this hard drive and transferring everything from my old laptop, this hard drive didn't work at all! Then I received a link from coolblue's customer service with which I could restore my data with start-up costs of € 60 and costs that rise to 800 euros. Lousy product and poor service for a month old product.
