An authentic Italian stone oven pizza is easy to make at home. This Ferrari pizza oven distinguishes itself from other ovens because it can reach a temperature of no less than 400°C. This gives you a delicious crispy base, and it only takes a few minutes. The Ferrari Delizia pizza oven has an easily adjustable temperature and timer. On a low setting, you can even use the Ferrari Delizia for bread, cake, or lasagna. The lid can safely be opened thanks to the large plastic handles, while the two aluminum spatulas allow you to easily place your pizza on the stone. The Ferrari pizza oven has an effective 31cm diameter and is suitable for home-made, fresh pizzas as well as frozen pizzas.

Purchased this product +-3 months ago, goal 1: baking fresh pizzas with a nicely browned crust and a firm bottom goal 2: repeat this 2 times every day without any problems goal 3: inside the kitchen goal 4: Affordable Goal 1 is a success, after some practice and getting the dough right, the result is just perfect. Goal 2 is a success every day he bakes 2 pizzas that get better every time (the baking tray also gets better). Doel 3 the hood is necessary, there is often some smoke development, the high temperature and the excess flour can be the cause of this. Goal 4 This is subjective, but after testing a few other kilns I can say that this one can be called a cheap alternative to an outdoor brick kiln and towers over any other indoor alternative. The advantages are, therefore, the high temperature (3 to 4 minutes baking time), low purchase price, beautiful design, and very important .... good after-service. The disadvantages are, the thermostat which is not really accurate, difficult to clean, and the sometimes heavy smoke development. Is the device recommended? If I compare it with the other appliances I have tested (including a clone, microwave oven/grill/oven, gas oven, BBQ) this appliance comes out on top. So yes it is recommended if you do not want to have a 1.5 Ton oven on your terrace. Can it break, yes, like any electrical device, it can break, but I have experienced Coolblue's service as incredibly fast in that case. Yes it broke after +- 200 pizzas and yes it was solved surprisingly quickly by Coolblue, just my thanks for this.

Great success. The oven is not too big, just big enough. Comes with two wooden scoops with which you can easily put the pizza in the oven. Pizzas come out tasty. Kids are happy :). Making dough is not difficult (certainly not with our KitchenAid), nor is making sauce. It turns out that the challenge is mainly the necessary inspiration to provide interesting toppings. If you make a few things in advance, you can bake pizza fairly quickly in the evening. We should have bought much sooner. As a bouncer, our dough recipe: Ingredients: - 660g white bread flour - 20g semolina - Bag of 9g instant yeast - Twice lukewarm water (32ºC à 38ºC) - 120 ml to dissolve the yeast and sugar - 300 ml to pour into the dough - 1 tsp sugar - 1 tbsp olive oil - 2 tsp salt how-to: 1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in the 120 ml of water and let it stand for 10 minutes 2. Place semolina, bread flour and oil in the mixing bowl 3. Run KitchenAid on slow speed 4. Pour in the yeast solution 5. Pour in the rest of the lukewarm water 6. Knead well for 10 minutes; add salt half way through 7. Then let it rise in the bowl to one and a half size (minimum 2 hours) 8. Then take out and divide into 6 equal parts 9. The Separate Pieces: - knead manually again - bollekes of shapes - button at the bottom - and let rise back to one and a half times their size -> ready to roll out
