Description
The WMF Profi Resist Frying Pan 28cm is ideal for frying large pieces of meat or fish. This pan is heat resistant to 260 degrees. This allows you to fry food quickly and at a high temperature. The TransTherm bottom spreads the heat well and retains the heat longer. So you can turn down your stove and save energy. The non-stick coating with honeycomb structure ensures your meat doesn't burn. This honeycomb structure also provides protection for the non-stick coating, so it's scratch-resistant. This makes your pan last even longer. You can easily move the pan with the handle, which stays cold while cooking. After use, simply clean the pan by hand.

This pan is of course in the higher price segment and that is why you can expect a lot from it. The pan really lives up to those expectations. A very nice pan with a good flat bottom. Works very well on induction. The non-stick coating works fine. The pan burns slightly above it, but that is very easy to clean. The pan is a jewel for the kitchen and often remains on the hob as decoration. He is gorgeous.

The food will be easily sticky around inside the pan. This part is very difficult to clean. After a few weeks, I found the bottom of this pan is also getting sticky. And also has some scratches which are supposed to be scratch resistance. Moreover, I use WMF Profi Plus - Frying pan for cooking together with this pan.
