Description
The KitchenAid Artisan Bowl-Lift 5KSM7580XEER Empire Red stands firmly on your counter and has 500W of power. This allows you to easily and quickly knead heavy bread dough. Aside from the dough hook, you'll also get a wire whisk and a flat mixing hook. This way, you can mix batter and light preparations, like egg whites or cream, in the mixing bowl. The mixing bowl is very large thanks to its 6.9L capacity, so you can mix a lot of batter or dough in one go. The mixing bowl has an anti-splash lid and you can easily adjust the height with the handle. This way, all the ingredients up to the edge of the bowl are mixed, but you can also easily remove the preparation from the bowl.

We used to have a small model of robot in our business. Now 20 years later this really is the best of the best. Strong engine and complete for a "hobby" baker-confectioner. The motor has no problem with bread dough from 2 large loaves of bread, and for pastry, this machine is child's play. In short: excellent helper for the kitchen.

Because we had the expectation with the purchase of a new kitchen that we would bake and cook more (and more extensively), we bought this Kitchenaid Artisan. The 6.9 liter bowl is big enough for any job we can think of. It takes some getting used to to loosen the bowl, instead of the machine going up/down it is the bowl that moves up and down. The attachments that are included, as well as the machine itself, are of very high quality. The engine is also fairly quiet. It is a heavy device (over 13 kilos) so we leave it on the counter. All in all a top machine that we will enjoy for years to come!
