I've owned this camera for a few weeks now and I'm happy to share my opinion here. The camera is packaged well and neatly. Connecting the camera to the Imou app did not work in 1x. This took a while to succeed. Once the camera is connected to the app it works fine. The camera can be rotated almost completely, so that you can have almost the entire room in view. The night mode works very well and when motion is detected, a notification is sent to your phone almost immediately. The price for this camera is not very much. And you will notice that. I like the camera Aliexpress quality. The options work, but not always very well.

In the indoor camera category, Imou has delivered a very affordable gem with its Rex 3D 3K. I was allowed to test this camera and started it without too many expectations. I quickly noticed that the camera is packed with fun and meaningful functionality. Yes, a subscription can also be taken out, but as far as I'm concerned, the camera functions more than adequately without a subscription. The subscription mainly offers things like improved AI technology and cloud storage. Installing the camera is very easy to do via the quick start guide. Once installed, you will notice what the camera has to offer. Important functionalities are: a 3D depth sensor, 360 degrees of freedom of movement, AI detection, night vision and two-way audio. With the 3D depth sensor, the camera is better able to distinguish objects from each other and this provides better detection and classification options. The fact that the camera has a lot of freedom of movement is good for the tracking functionality. This allows the camera to track an object. Night vision also works very well and produces good images up to about 10 meters. The camera has the option of storing the images, so that the images can be viewed live or afterwards. And the images are stored with a high resolution and that provides more than enough good images as far as I'm concerned. Overall, I think this is a really nice camera.
