What a beautiful and useful device! Been using it for 2 months now and have had hardly any problems except for the first 2 days. That problem was caused by the filter coffee: we kept throwing in scoops but no coffee came. Went to coolblue Eindhoven where it turned out that the entire machine was full of coffee, so nothing came out. The seller was extremely helpful and cleaned everything up and explained how everything worked. Super! Since then, the bean coffee has been running smoothly again.
