With the GreenPan Torino Crepe Pan 28cm, you can make pancakes in an environmentally-friendly way thanks to the PFAS-free coating. This means the pan doesn't contain any harmful chemicals. The ceramic coating is stronger than a pan with a standard non-stick coating. As a result, it doesn't wear as soon and the pan is scratch-resistant. That's useful, because the pan lasts longer this way. You can use the pan on all heat sources, including induction. You can easily flip the pancakes while baking thanks to the special edges. Nice, because you can prevent it from falling out of the pan that way. After use, you can clean the pan in the dishwasher or by hand.
