WMF Astoria Cookware Set 5-piece

The pans look super nice. They work really well! Due to the design of the lids, the pasta will not boil over with difficulty and after washing, there are never any surprise drops behind the edges or in the handles, so I am really very happy with it! BUT, the warranty is remarkably short and 1 of the five pans is suddenly missing pieces of metal from the bottom and rusted exactly 1 month after the warranty period and that is probably no coincidence. For a little more money I could have bought a pan set from another brand that comes with a 10-year warranty. I'm happy with these pans, but I'm afraid they just don't last long.

I chose this cookware set because of the "cool handle" capability. However, the handles do get very hot during usage and that's not convenient at all.

We recently got these beautiful pans, with a beautiful design, because we moved to a house with induction. We wanted firm grips that don't get hot. We also wanted a pan that looks nice and is stable.
