We have already made several flavors of ice cream, and it is really delicious, much better than ice cream from the supermarket and just as tasty as from a gelateria. You have to figure out how it works. In my case I turned out to have to put the (second) freezer on the highest setting, this ensured that the bowl was really deep frozen and that is necessary because otherwise the ice cream will not work! A point you should pay attention to is whether the bowl also fits in your freezer. We have one with drawers and the bottom drawer is higher, we took it out and the bowl fits there. The bowl must first be in the freezer for 16 hours before you can use it. We now leave it permanently in the freezer, ready for use. You cannot make a second type of ice cream after you have made the first one, because then you have to clean the bowl first. Although I think it should be quite possible, if you scrape the walls a bit clean with a rubber spatula, and the bowl is still frozen you can put in a second batch. You will then have some 'contamination' from the first batch.

I bought this bowl as a gift for my husband. He was super excited and we quickly made room in the freezer and put the bowl in the freezer. A few days later my husband was happily separating eggs and a little later we ate the most delicious vanilla ice cream we had ever tasted. And we have not stopped making very tasty ice cream!
