Mio Mivue A50 Rear Window

I recently purchased an A50 camera to expand my current MiVue 846. According to the specifications of the A50, it should be compatible with the MiVue 846. This dashcam has a so-called active holder that contains the USB cable. This way you can disconnect the dashcam without having to disconnect the cable every time. Cables are included with the A50 so that it can be connected to the dashcam. To my surprise, the mini USB cable of the A50 does not fit in the holder of the MiVue 846. It is too big for this. I then bought the MiVue 846 mainly because the USB cable is in the holder so that it can be easily attached and removed. This is not possible with the new cable of the A50. Then the cable must be connected to the MiVue 846 and not to the holder. I have contacted Mio about this and they confirm the above. There is also no other cable with this construction that fits. That's a pity to be honest. All in all, I like the product and it is a nice addition to my existing Mio 846.
