This product doesn't include a 2.5 or 3.5-inch SSD or HDD, it's just a docking station.
The power doesn't run via the USB cable, but via an extra power cable.

Description

Connect a 2.5-inch and 3.5-inch SATA HDD or SSD to the ACT AC1504 Dual Docking Station and easily transfer your data via USB. This dock offers room for 2 drives at the same time, so you'll always have easy access no matter the size of your drive. The AC1504 has an indicator light, so you always know when your data transfer is complete. Not great at building things in? Don't worry, this docking station is plug and play. Connect the station to your computer and click the SATA in the dock to start using it. Thanks to the USB 3.1 connector, you can transfer data in a matter of seconds. Don't you have a USB 3.1 connector? No worries, the dock also works with USB 3.0 and USB 2.0.
