With the Ring Video Doorbell Pro 2 Plugin + Chime Pro Gen. 2, you can see who's at your door anytime, anywhere. You can see what's going on at your front door from anywhere in the world. And thanks to the viewing angle of 160 degrees, you can also see what's going on in the rest of your garden. The enlarged vertical viewing angle and the HDR image allows you to see a delivery driver or visitor from head to toe. The included Ring Chime Pro enhances the WiFi signal for Ring products. Because both the doorbell and the Chime use dual-band WiFi, the signal won't drop as soon as with other Ring doorbells. In addition, you'll hear a sound via the Chime when someone's at the door. The Ring Pro 2 has 3D motion detection: it detects distance, speed, size, and direction. That way, you can see where exactly the motion was up to 9m distance. You can connect the doorbell to a regular socket with the included connector. This makes the installation easier than that of wired doorbells.
Note: if you want to view recorded footage, or use person detection, you'll need a Ring Home subscription. This costs € 3,99 per month.

The product is fine, the service from Coolblue is very poor in this case due to a broken transformer. After waiting 35 minutes, you are required to return your entire doorbell for repair, while only the transformer is broken for €26. When you are asked to deliver a new transformer, you are then put on hold again for almost 20 minutes.

Bad experience with broken transformer and service from Coolblue. As a customer, you are obliged to submit the entire set for repair, while a separate transformer costs €26 at Ring itself. So you will not have a doorbell during the repair period. Please note, this falls outside the 30-day reflection period.
