In the KitchenAid 5KSM2CB5BGS Bread Bowl 4.7L, you can knead dough, let it rise, and bake the dough. Place this ceramic bread bowl under your stand mixer to knead the dough first. Baked a very nice bread with it. Dough mixes well. Rice too. Handy that you can do everything with the same bowl, including the baking itself. It is easy to clean. It just barely fits in my oven.
