Don't buy if you have an M1 Mac Mini!

  • Fits great with the Mac Mini
  • Many ports
  • Causes so much interference that Bluetooth and possibly WiFi no longer work

As soon as I plugged in the hub, my Magic Mouse and keyboard stopped working, very slow and the connection kept dropping. Disconnect hub and everything works again. Read (too late) on Reddit that this is a known issue with these hubs. Unfortunately, because it fits very well with the Mac Mini in terms of design.

Do not purchase for your M2 (Pro) Mac Mini

  • The design matches your Mac Mini perfectly
  • Easy to connect with the built-in cable. This means no cable clutter, like other docks have
  • Does not function properly with M2 (Pro) chip

Product does not appear to work with the Mac Mini M2 (Pro) chip built-in. According to the Satechi website this should work, but unfortunately only the minijack port of this hub works. There is no firmware or driver available. No idea how to solve this.
