In the Bosch MUZ5KR1 Plastic Mixing Bowl 3.9L, you can blend and mix all your ingredients. In the bowl, you can mix up to 750g flour to a smooth batter, or you can knead 1.5kg dough. The plastic mixing bowl is lightweight and thanks to the edges around the bowl, you can easily lift it. If you like to prepare multiple things after each other, this is an extra useful mixing bowl. You can easily continue with the next preparation right away, without washing. When you're done, you can just clean the mixing bowl in the dishwasher.

Practical to have a second mixing bowl, price-quality as an extra bowl is also fine. Still, the stainless steel mixing bowl that comes with the food processor remains a favorite. Has a deep bottom so that a lot of water remains in the dishwasher, but that is the only thing.

It often happens that you have to mix, beat or cut ingredients separately. Beat the whipping cream in a grease-free pan and then mix the remaining ingredients in the other bowl. Also, for example, cut Chinese cabbage with the cutting discs, and mix minced meat in the other bowl. I also use it to store the cutting accessories. It is quite large and fits nicely in here.
