Description
Thanks to its power, you can also use the Kenwood kMix KMX760ABC Black to knead heavy dough occasionally. You can make your own bread or pizza dough, for example. The stand mixer is completely made of stainless steel, which makes it very sturdy and durable. You can hold the mixing bowl by the handle, so you can easily move it. Very useful, because it would be a shame if the bowl with batter would slip out of your hands. You can add ingredients via the feed tube in the anti-splash lid while mixing. This is useful when you're whipping egg whites, for example, to add sugar in parts. The mixing bowl has a capacity of 5L. You can make batter for 2 pies at once in the mixing bowl. After use, you can clean the individual parts in the dishwasher.

Not really convinced after first use
- A solid design on the face
- Only the kneading and mixing parts, because I only need those
- With 500 gr. Wholemeal flour is already difficult for him: very much noise and movement between the various elements of the device. I don't dare to knead 1 kg of flour that should be able to handle according to the description

Nice heavy machine that stands firmly on the counter and has a nice color (eye also wants something). Probably partly due to the weight, a low noise level, little vibration. The controls are ideal: the knob swings from off to 100% and the mixer regulates the acceleration itself. So no more sloshing ingredients because you swing the button too eagerly
