Excellent pan set that cannot be faulted for the price. You do feel that the pans are made of slightly thinner material than some other brands. That makes them lightweight, but a little sturdier would feel nice. Two pans are the same size, which actually makes them redundant. Prefer a higher and lower pan (and therefore 1 liter extra volume) with the same diameter than two with an identical size and capacity

Very nice pan set for our new induction hob. Nice thick bottom, fine formats, lids close well. I certainly don't have fireproof hands, but I can often drain the pans without gloves at short cooking times. The drainage holes on the side of the lids are very handy. It would have been even more convenient if the handle on the lid had been turned a quarter turn, then it would have been easier to hold your hands against the lid (because the glass does get hot). As I had read in previous reviews, the fixings of the handles mean that the inside of the pan is not completely smooth, which is a shame. For example, if you are making a sauce or melting chocolate, you will run into those attachment points with your spatula. But all in all I am very satisfied with these pans!
