Tunturi FitCycle 40 Ergometer

I received this exercise bike as a gift to keep in shape and get fitter at home and I'm very happy with it! Delivery went very well as agreed. Installation was also very simple. Since I've only had it for a few days, I can only give my first impression. Very first it is more exercise bike than you would expect for this price. It kicks well and looks good. Furthermore, it feels solid and does exactly what an exercise bike is made for. The free step is easy, but the bottle holder is really in the wrong place. I left that one too. Not a problem for me. It is also a pity that it has no connection with an iPad or telephone. Then you end up in a different price range and I wouldn't have paid for that. For training and sweating at home, he exceeds expectations.

I ordered this exercise bike for my father-in-law who is no longer mobile due to a failed hip operation. Now he can enjoy cycling in front of the television and thus build up his fitness. The big advantage of this exercise bike is that you get a lot for your money. The build quality is good, and it has everything you need for rehabilitation: training in wattage, low minimum resistance (10 watts), HRC programs, low entry and it is not that heavy. This way you can move it quite easily with the wheels, even if you are not that strong. What I really like is that you can not only adjust the saddle, but also the handlebars. This way you can easily find a comfortable position. For myself, I ordered the Tunturi Fitcycle 50i at the same time as the Tunturi Fitcycle 40, so I can compare them well. The build quality of the 50i is a bit better, and it runs smoother. But it is also heavier, and therefore more difficult to move. You need a little more power. In addition, the 50i does not have a low entry, so really not recommended if you have difficulty walking. What I also found a disadvantage of the 50i is that the steering wheel is not adjustable, so it is quite a search for a good posture if you are tall. The saddle is exactly the same on both exercise bikes. All in all, with the Tunturi Fitcycle 40 you get a lot of value for money, especially for the offer price. I would therefore definitely recommend it if you are looking for a cheap, yet good exercise bike with all the important specifications.

This exercise bike does not miss its target. There are training schedules in the computer so that you quickly reach your goal. I train with it daily to stay in shape, but also to maintain my weight. So I am quite happy with this device. I definitely recommend him. The downside is that you have to be with 2 people for the assembly of the device.
