Bosch MUZ5EB2 Ice cream maker

After purchasing the Blitse Bosch kitchen robot, we decided to add the optional ice cream maker. Particularly nice since our 3-year-old daughter is fond of 'Gelato Ice', and we are not too fond of industrial preparations (who would contradict us on that?). It must be said that the ice cream maker is ideal for providing 3 super fresh portions in less than half an hour! Barely 10 minutes to prepare the recipe with fresh fruits (also with the Bosch blender of course) and 20 minutes to finish the ice cream... Some of the recipes in the manual will quickly get you excited enough to improvise and get started with your own ingredients and proportions in no time! You just have to take into account that the ice cream maker has to accumulate for at least 12 hours in the freezer before you create your next preparation... For the rest, we give 5 stars, if only for the well-thought-out multi-functional concept of the designers at Bosch :-)

It's easy to use and does what it's supposed to do.

With 40 minutes the ice cream is really good. Parts can be put in the dishwasher. Easy to use with Bosch mum5. Rotating part must click exactly in the arm of mum 5 food processor. If it is not seated correctly, the turning part can easily break.
