You have to clean the removable plate and the pans by hand.

Description

This versatile Staba Raclette Grill RC3 Plus Chrome has a removable, enameled grill plate with both a ribbed and a smooth side. You can grill a piece of meat on the ribbed side and flip the plate to cook some vegetables or fish. Do you prefer to grill in a healthy way? Use the natural stone grill plate. With this plate, you don't need a lot of butter or oil to grill your steak. In the meantime, you can melt cheese in the raclette pans. The pans are scratch and cut-resistant, so you can safely use your fork on the pan. With the adjustable thermostat, you can adjust the temperature yourself and keep your food from burning.

Whatever you use stone plate, grill plate or the pans, all went well. Heats up quickly, bake / roast / grill time is perfect. Cleaning is very easy all in all used with great pleasure. Definitely going to be picked up more often.

I wanted a good gourmet set for years of use and the Steba meets that. I did not know the brand, but was pointed out by an acquaintance. It is a gourmet set/grill plate of very nice material. Suitable for 8 people, but because it is square it is also compact enough for a small table. The pans will be hot enough to bake. The non-stick coating is still beautiful after 5 uses.
