The material outside the shaving foil and the shaving heads is almost exclusively made of plastic. The attachment of the plastic wings of the detachable shaver head is extremely brittle. In the meantime I already had to repair two shaving heads with a very special and powerful glue (quick-drying) that I use for model building.

My experience with Braun is simply top notch! Have had another brand before but it couldn't match this one from Braun. I've never shaved better than with this one. Not as smooth as a regular razor, of course, but good enough. Unfortunately, it broke quickly, the 4 small plastic connection points at the bottom broke off. Still wondering how this could have happened as there is only one way and easy to place the shaver head on This could have been a coincidence I don't know but time will tell now that I have bought a new one.
