Do I need a Lightning cable or a USB-C cable?
That depends on which iPhone you have. The iPhone 15 is the first iPhone with a USB-C charging port. You need a USB-C cable to connect it to your charger or power bank. For the iPhone 14 and older, you use a Lightning cable.
Can I fast charge my iPhone?
Since the iPhone 8 (2017), every iPhone supports fast charging. Thanks to fast charging via Power Delivery, your battery is full up to 2 times as fast as when you don't use fast charging.
Can fast charging damage my iPhone?
No, fast charging isn't more harmful than regular charging. It's important that you keep in mind how you charge. It's bad for your battery to charge it to 100% and to leave your device in the charger during the night. Thanks to fast charging, you don't have to charge your iPhone the whole night, and your battery stays healthy longer.
Can chargers from other brands than Apple damage my battery?
No. We only sell chargers from reliable brands. Those chargers are equally safe and fast as Apple chargers.
Can I use my old cable for my new iPhone?
That depends on which iPhone you buy. Are you buying an iPhone 15? It has a USB-C port, so your old Apple Lightning cables won't fit. These cables still fit on older iPhone models. So keep that in mind when you buy a new charger. Many old Lightning cables only fit on chargers with a rectangular USB-A port. New fast chargers have an oval USB-C port. Buy a cable with your charger and you're sure that your cable fits.
Can I use my old charger for my new iPhone?
In general, old iPhone chargers still work with your new iPhone. But note: the cable that's included with your new iPhone only fits on USB-C fast chargers. Some old chargers still have a rectangular USB-A port? New cables won't fit on this. In addition, your iPhone will charge slowly. That's why you should buy a new fast charger.
