According to our gaming headset expert
With the JBL Quantum 910 Wireless, you get a complete gaming headset. You can wirelessly connect this headset to your PC or PlayStation via the USB-A or USB-C dongle. This prevents hassle with cables while you're gaming. Thanks to the JBL QuantumSphere 360 technology, the in-game sounds always move with your head and you always enjoy the best game audio. With surround sound, you hear all the game audio in 360 degrees around you and you know exactly where your opponents are coming from. That way, you're always one step ahead. Thanks to the noise canceling in the headset, you're not bothered by ambient noise and you can fully focus on your games. You can also communicate online with friends without background noise thanks to the noise suppression in the microphone. This way, your message always comes across clearly. The average battery life of the headset is 45 hours, so you can keep playing for a long time without charging it. If you often play alone or don't need a microphone, you can easily fold the headset microphone.
Note: this gaming headset is made for the PC, but you can also use it wirelessly on the PlayStation.

The JBL Quantum 910 Wireless is a very nice gaming headset. The sound from the headset is beautiful and very spacious. There are cool features on it, such as head tracking and noise canceling. The headset is also made of sturdy materials. This makes the headset on the heavy side. Very comfortable When I take the JBL Quantum 910 Wireless out of the box, I immediately notice a difference with the Quantum 810. The Quantum 910 is made of sturdy materials and soft ear cushions. I find this headset to be the most comfortable of all JBL headsets. However, the Quantum 910 is very heavy, which is less pleasant during a long gaming session. Still, I was able to play for hours thanks to the nice ear cushions and the comfortable headband. Nice spatial sound I tested the surround sound of the JBL Quantum 910 with 3 games, namely Fortnite, The Last of Us Part 1 and Tiny Tina Wonderlands. The direction of the sound is very important with these games and that is perfectly fine with this headset. I hear exactly where enemies are walking and I can respond well to that during a game of Fortnite or during a mission in Tiny Tina Wonderlands. In addition to the surround sound, this headset also has head tracking. Available on PC and consoles, this allows the sound to rotate with your head. I notice this especially with The Last of Us Part 1. A rain shower always sounds realistic, even when I turn my head. I do wonder how valuable the head tracking technology is, since I usually look towards my screen. This headset also has noise cancellation in both the microphone and the headset itself and also didn't hear any outside noises at all. My friends also hear me extra well because of the noise reduction on the microphone. The JBL Quantum 910 is a very nice headset, the sound from the headset is very nice and the headset is also very comfortable. The headset is quite heavy, but I played games for hours on end. Head tracking is great, but feels a bit like an extra that isn't necessarily needed. The noise reduction, on the other hand, is a really nice plus.

Nicely designed headset fits well, is a bit on the heavy side but sits comfortably on your head It is a pity that they indicate 35 hours of battery life, but if you adjust some settings, you will lose 10 hours, let alone turn on the LED lighting, then you might have 10 hours left. It would have been great if the microphone had been neatly concealed in the design or if you could remove it. A very good product.

After much hesitation between the Steelseries Arctis Nova PRO & the JBL Quantum 910, I chose the JBL. After 3 months of use, I have come to the conclusion that this is not the right headset for someone who likes good sound. Spatial sound & head tracking function is nice but not everything. In terms of design, the headset is very large, heavy & clumsy. Bluetooth does not always work well and often interferes, while I am sitting next to my PC. The sound is also not very impressive. Just picked up a Steelseries Arctis Nova Pro wireless and this one is much better in terms of sound / software / comfort.
