Isn't your sound working? Check whether the volume is high enough first. Use the volume up button on the side of the device to do that. Samsung smartphones have a silent mode, so you won't be disturbed. You may have enabled that accidentally. Follow these steps to turn the sound back on:

1: go to 'Settings 2: choose 'Sounds and vibration' 3: tap 'Sound mode' 4: select 'Sound'
