How do you clean the milk system of your De’Longhi Maestosa EPAM 960.75.GLM?

In the video, we'll explain step by step how to thoroughly clean the milk system of the De'Longhi Maestosa. We'll go through these steps:

• Step 1. Remove all parts of the milk system
• Step 2. Clean all parts of the milk frother with warm water and dish soap and remove hard milk residue with a toothpick.
• Step 3. Put all parts together and put the milk system back in place.

You need:

• De'Longhi milk cleaner of mild detergent
• Toothpick

1. Remove the milk reservoir from the machine.
2. Press the release buttons of the milk reservoir and remove the lid and the milk spout.
3. Turn the connector left and remove it.
4. Remove the milk spout and then the transparent hose from inside the spout. Remove the lid above the spout as well.
5. Take the milk reservoir out of the thermal casing.

1. Carefully rinse all parts of the milk system with warm water and a milk cleaner. You can also put the parts in the dishwasher. Place them in the upper rack of the dishwasher, with the exception of the thermal casing.
2. Make sure there's no milk residue left on the parts of the lid. Use the round brush to remove any residue.
3. Rinse the holes with running water.
4. Check if the spout and milk spout aren't blocked by milk residue. Clean these with the round brush as well.
5. Use the milk cleaner once a week. Submerge all separate parts in a mixture of water and milk cleaner. Let them soak for a couple of minutes and rinse the parts afterwards.

1. Place the milk reservoir back in the thermal casing.
2. Insert the transparent hose into the transparent milk reservoir. Insert it in the opening next to the connector first and then in the opening next to the spouts.
3. Push the hose securely in place after you insert it and check if it's correctly inserted.
4. Reassemble all parts of th elid.
5. Place the lid back on the milk reservoir.
6. Click the milk reservoir back into the machine.
7. You've now finished cleaning the milk system.
