- The small screen is less suitable for movies, series, and games.
First impression
What I notice right away is that the Samsung S25 is very small. Nowadays, I don't see many high-end smartphones of a small size. Because the S25 is so small, I can easily control the device with 1 hand. It also easily fits in my pocket. The box doesn't have a charger in it, so you'll have to buy one separately.
Superfast smartphone
The Samsung S25 is very fast. When I switch from one app to the other, this goes very smoothly. I don't even have to wait a second when opening my Instagram or WhatsApp. The S25 also remains fast when playing demanding games. The games don't slow down, so I can quickly react to my opponents' movements.
Sharp photos in all lighting conditions
There are 3 cameras on the back of the Samsung S25 that I can take sharp photos with. Even when it's dark, my photos and videos are sharp and colorful. With the telephoto lens, I can zoom in 3 times without quality loss. If I don't zoom in very far, my photos and videos are still razor-sharp.
Screen less suitable for movies and series
The screen of the Samsung S25 is small. It's nice that the device easily fits in my hand and pocket, but the size also has disadvantages. I can't comfortably watch series and videos because of the lack of screen space. I also miss a large screen when playing games, because I see less of the action. I do notice I miss some details on the Full HD screen. The screens of the S25 Plus and S25 Ultra are much sharper, for example.
Conclusion: Samsung Galaxy S25 review
The Samsung Galaxy S25 is one of the few high-end smartphones of a small size. It's nice that this device fits in my hand comfortably and in my pocket easily. At the same time, I find the Samsung S25 less suitable for movies, series, and games due to its small size. The small screen isn't very comfortably to watch and I also miss some details on the Full HD screen. The cameras are good. I can take razor-sharp photos with the Samsung S25.
